How to Troubleshoot Wenax Geekvape M1 Device

 If you are experiencing problems with your Wenax Geekvape M1 device, please read the following instructions carefully to help troubleshoot the issue. If you are still having issues after following the troubleshooting steps, please contact Wenax Technical Support at support@wenax.com for additional assistance.


To begin the process of troubleshooting your device, please follow the instructions below:

Remove all Batteries

Remove all batteries from the device. Wait at least 30 seconds. Replace the batteries and test the device. 

Turn the Device Off

Turn the device off using the power switch. Wait at least 30 seconds. Turn the unit back on and test the device. I

Reset the device

Reset the device by holding the Power Button and the Volume Up button simultaneously for 10 seconds or until the LED turns from green to red and releases both buttons. Once the reset is complete, the unit will restart automatically and return to normal operation. 

Unplugging the Power Supply

Turn the device off completely by unplugging it from the power supply. Remove the battery and wait at least 30 seconds. Replace the battery and power the device.

Hold the Power Button and the Volume Down

Press and hold the Power Button and the Volume Down button simultaneously for 10 seconds or until the LED turns from green to red and release both buttons. Once the reset is complete, the unit will restart automatically and return to normal operation.

Restore the factory default settings

Restore the factory default settings on your device by holding down the Power Button and the Power Switch simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until the LED on the motherboard flashes rapidly three times and release both buttons. The factory default setting of the device will be restored once the reset is complete and the unit will automatically restart and return to normal operation.

Connect your Device to the Computer

Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable and open the center console on the computer. Click on the Device Software Update option to update the software on your device and then restart it. Once the device is restarted, the issue should be resolved.


Disconnect the device from the computer and turn it off completely by removing the battery and waiting at least 30 seconds. Replace the battery and power the device.

Remove the device from its dock or cradle

Remove the device from its dock or cradle and connect it to the charger. Wait until the device is fully charged and then power it off using the Power Button until it turns off completely.

What to do if the problem still exists?

If trying all the troubleshooting practices, your vape kit still doing the problem. Then it might be possible your vape has been dead and can not be repaired. So the best solution is to get a new disposable vape in Riyadh or the location of your life.
